This is the Great Court at the British Museum, a former private library converted to the largest covered public square in Europe at a cost of around £100 million.

The striking geometric glass roof proved a real swine to stitch together when assembling this 12-frame panorama on my poor old PC, which of course cost somewhat less than £100 million.
